If you have been using SharePoint for a while and have been tasked with setting up new lists and libraries to capture your unit’s information, this course is for you!  You will learn how to set up your lists and libraries to meet your objectives.

Target Audience:

  • Site owners of existing SharePoint sites
  • Power Users

Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • identify the templates available for creating a new list or library
  • configure list/library settings, including> Versioning and Permissions
  • create custom fields for use in lists and libraries
  • collect custom fields into custom content types
  • create views to sort and filter your information
